Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any services provided by 410 Strategy LLC ("410 Strategy," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, purchasing a product, or accessing our website at 410strategy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

410 Strategy provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • Google Business Profile (GBP) audits and optimization
  • Google Ads campaign setup, management, and optimization
  • Facebook and Instagram advertising management
  • Website design, development, and SEO
  • AI-powered marketing automation and lead recovery systems
  • Email marketing and funnel strategy
  • Consulting and strategy sessions

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined at the time of purchase or in a separate service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

All services are invoiced in US dollars. Payment is due upon receipt unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise. Monthly retainer services are billed on the 1st of each month. 410 Strategy reserves the right to pause or terminate services for accounts more than 15 days past due.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds for audits and one-time deliverables are not offered once work has commenced. If you have a concern about your purchase, contact us at support@410strategy.com.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information, access credentials, and materials needed to perform the services
  • Grant 410 Strategy appropriate access to advertising accounts, website platforms, and analytics tools as required
  • Respond to reasonable requests for approvals, feedback, or content within a timely manner
  • Ensure all information provided to 410 Strategy is lawful and does not infringe on third-party rights

4. Google Ads and Advertising Services

410 Strategy manages Google Ads campaigns on behalf of clients. Ad spend is billed directly to the client's Google Ads account — 410 Strategy does not collect or handle ad spend on your behalf unless explicitly agreed in writing. Campaign performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, and ad platform policy changes. We do not guarantee specific results.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for their business (ad copy, landing pages, reports, etc.). 410 Strategy retains the right to use anonymized case studies, metrics, and work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. This includes pricing, strategies, customer data, and account credentials. 410 Strategy will not share your business data with third parties except as required to deliver the services (e.g., ad platforms, analytics tools).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 410 Strategy's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. 410 Strategy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or profits.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly service engagement with 30 days written notice. One-time purchases (audits, builds, etc.) are not subject to cancellation once work has begun. Upon termination, 410 Strategy will provide all completed work and return access to accounts within 5 business days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved in Yellowstone County, Montana.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
