Free demo

We store your email, optional marketing choice, and ten-demo decisions to provide and resume the trial. The free demo is not an identity-verified account. Do not enter sensitive personal information in it. Its browser token is stored locally to resume your trial.

Member accounts and payments

We verify your email with a one-use sign-in link. Our database stores your email, verification and consent timestamps, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, membership status, generated exercises, and submitted decisions. Stripe processes payment details; we do not receive or store your full card number. We use hashed sign-in/session tokens. Member sessions are kept in browser session storage and expire after seven days.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site, database, and demo storage. SendGrid delivers sign-in emails. Stripe handles payments and billing management. Data is processed through these providers to deliver the service. The public marketing page also uses Google Analytics for usage measurement; the member desk does not load that analytics script.

How you found us

We keep campaign tags (source, medium, campaign and content) in your browser for up to 30 days and attach available tags to demo signup and Stripe checkout/subscription records. This helps us understand which videos and channels bring customers. Tags do not contain your email or payment details. Clearing browser storage removes the browser record.

Marketing choices

Joining or paying does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Only verified, opted-in member addresses are included in the member marketing export. Save your preference in the account or follow the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Unsubscribing does not cancel membership or stop necessary account emails. Existing unverified demo addresses are kept separately and are not automatically added to the verified member marketing list.

Retention and security

We keep account and training records while needed to provide the service and handle billing or support. Expired sign-in/session records and rate-limit entries are periodically removed during sign-in requests. Billing records may be retained where required. We use hashed IP identifiers temporarily to limit sign-in abuse. Contact us to request deletion or an export of your information; we may first verify ownership of the account.
